In fact, the UK has released reports that more people watch web video than commercial television. This sort of turn around has companies rethinking how they reach customers online. Metro Detroit based Hot Metro Finds is understands this rising trend is in the process of connecting video spokes people with retail based businesses.
On Friday, October 8th, Metro Detroit based models will have a chance to audition and meet the advertising Web 2.0 masterminds of Hot Metro Finds. The innovative web media group will be touring some of Metro Detroit’s hottest clubs and will be accepting resumes and head shot photos. The group will be joined by Ted Cantu and Laura Deljanin of Laurette Designs. They will be looking for female models from the ages of 18 – 34 and doing short interviews in a big white stretch limousine.
“The idea for this is to connect some of Metro Detroit’s hottest upcoming models with the web’s hottest technology. Together we are going to change the face of how businesses are connected on the Internet. I am particularly interested in Black Friday, the new web tradition that kicks off the day after Thanksgiving.” Says Ted Cantu. “We’re looking for young fresh faces that show strength, beauty, sexuality and a more determined positive appeal for Metro Detroit businesses. “ says Cantu.
What does the media say about Cantu and the Black Friday retail phenomenon? The word on the street is that the retail markets are ready and willing to do something new. The response from the media has been really responsive and that has Cantu excited.
“One exciting thing to keep in mind is that we are now available to pump products on the web so they reach first page placement. This is something that we can for any industry, product or service. We are looking to help move extensive inventory in the 2010-2011 holiday season.” Says Ted Cantu.
Friday night is the night that potential upcoming models will want to mark on their calendar. The limo will be at Black Finn in Royal Oak, MI this Friday night at 7:30PM. Hot Metro Finds is accepting resumes, headshots and other media from model hopefuls. The limo will also be available at 9PM at Valentine Vodka in Ferndale, Michigan.
