Trek Through Nepal and The Great Himalayas
AdventureWomen, Inc.Â’s girlfriend getaway Nepal hiking trip is perfect for women who want to experience the splendor of hiking in the endlessly fascinating Himalayan mountain range. This adventure features hikes through verdant valleys and ancient villages, while offering a personal look at the fascinating Nepalese culture and the friendly Nepalese people. This is a lodge-based adventure instead of a camping trip, allowing for an easier pace and less impact on trails from porters and pack animals. The Nepal lodges are of modern construction in a traditional style and all have private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and offer excellent local Nepalese cuisine. Hiking In The ‘Wild West’- Discover Yellowstone and Big Sky Country
With a Montana-based naturalist-guide, women will experience premium backcountry hiking on Montana trails in the Spanish Peaks, the Madison Range, the northwest corner of Yellowstone, and into one of Yellowstone National Park’s Geyser Basins. This is Montana hiking at its finest--leaving the crowds at the roadside. The hikes are moderate to high energy, up to 12 miles in length (roundtrip), and at comfortable altitudes up to 10,000 feet. Home to some of the last remaining wild lands in the “lower 48” United States, Montana is renowned for its outdoor adventures. In addition to hiking, guests will have the chance to take a horseback riding jaunt across Montana fields, enjoy whitewater rafting on the Gallatin River, and take a scenic gondola ride to the top of Big Sky’s Andesite Mountain at 8,800 feet. This France walking tour takes women through the winding streets of villages and medieval towns in France, hiking across the rolling hills of the French countryside strewn with beech and oak trees and through lush vineyards, giving guests the chance to breathe in the rich aromas of vineyard soils, marvel at the beauty of historic French chateaus, and photograph the sun-drenched ripening grapes of tomorrowÂ’s Grand Cru vintages.
