 (EMAILWIRE.COM, October 19, 2011 ) New York, NY -- Today’s most popular operatic pop vocal group, Il Divo will be releasing their fifth studio album “Wicked Game” under the record label Columbia. The phenomenal quartet makes a stunning comeback since their debut in 2004. It was the album that defined a new genre in music.
Il Divo is a multinational group created by the equally popular music manager, Simon Cowell. The group consists of four male singers; Spanish Carlos MarÃn (baritone), Swiss Urs Bühler (tenor), American David Miller (tenor) and French Sébastien Izambard (pop singer). Carlos describes describes the new Il Divo album as “stronger than ever.” The evolution of their music and the connection towards each other, simply produce magic. Urs believes “itÂ’s the best thing that the group has ever done.” David states that “the range of their voices is what sets Il Divo apart from the others,” while Sebastien specifies “their special connection with their audience as their key strength.”
The Wicked Game album includes their beautiful rendition of Roy Orbosin’s “Cryin” and Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game.” Produced by David Krueger and Per Magnusson, the official Wicked Game release date is on November 8, 2011. Richard Stannard provides additional production to this new album of the four divine male performers.
