In both 2010 and 2011, the Texas-based restaurant chain excelled in customer service, earning a 4-star rating for customer satisfaction.
The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S., honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers and converted into a star rating; only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.
Established in July 2008, Kublai Khan Crazy Mongolian Stir Fry now has three locations in Houston, Katy and Sugar Land, Texas. The restaurant takes its cuisine style from the tradition of Genghis Khan and his Mongolian warriors who, as legend has it, sliced meat and vegetables with their swords and then cooked their meals on their upturned shields over a bonfire. “At Kublai Khan, we revive this ancient tradition by offering one of the world’s most original dining experiences — the Mongolian grill,” says Will Brannon, general manager of the Katy restaurant.
At Kublai Khan Crazy Mongolian Stir Fry, diners can become stir-fry masters, creating their own dishes. Customers select their own meats and vegetables and then choose from a selection of sauces, spices and oils to season their food. Then the cooking is left to the chefs while customers relax and wait to try their creations.
